FSSAI License Requirements

Depending on the annual turnover of the business, the FSSAI offers three different licenses. FSSAI Central license is required for food business operators with an annual turnover of more than 20 crores per annum who operate in more than one state. An FSSAI state license is require for businesses with an annual turnover of more than 12 lakhs to INR 20 crore per annum.
